Sorry there... I just wanted to know what the word, "frakkin'" means? I have come across that word a lot on some wikis... What exactly does it mean? Do you find this valuable?

:)

It means exactly the same thing as a particular English word, also 4 letters long and beginning with F. You'll note that in the BSG universe "Frak" is used in precisely the same sort of ways: "Frak you..." "Mother frakker..." "I don't frakking know..." "We're frakked..." and so on.

The original BSG show (1978) also used the word "felgercarb" as a replacement for another 4-letter English word that begins with S, as in "What a load of felgercarb..."

Very clever :)

So, it's not really swearing to say frak? Very clever! Did you come up with that?

The word frak was coined by Glen Larson, the creator of the original 1978 Battlestar Galactica series. Do you find this valuable?

Yeah, it's been around for a while, but it's funny to finally hear people using it in everyday language. I find myself saying "frak" sometimes. Although, I've discovered that "frak" still sounds like the real word when your toddler repeats it. :)

Speaking of frak, Salma Hayek was wearing a t-shirt on 30 Rock a few weeks ago that read "What the Frak?!"

Man, it's everywhere now! :)
