Great cast

Look at all the shows represented here: Deadwood, Jericho, Lost, Rome, 24, Smallville, ER, NYPD Blue -- there's a lot of great talent coming together for this pilot. Especially glad to see Trixe from "Deadwood" (Malcomson) and Atia from "Rome" (Walker) meeting up in the Battlestar Galactica universe. And Curtis Manning (Cross) was always one my favorite "24" characters.No doubt we'll see this cast grow as the show gets into regular production -- who else would you like see join the Caprica cast? Do you find this valuable?

I didn't even notice that was Trixie before! Deadwood was a great series - probably the first western I could ever get into. I've loved Eric Stoltz since the 80's and I can't explain why he still looks so young! As for future cast members, I'd love to just see more experienced, non-scifi genre actors like these. In other words, just keep hiring people with talent rather than doing any stunt casting. It's nice to see people like Esai Morales and Eric Stoltz, as they bring validity to what some people might dismiss as just another scifi show. Do you find this valuable? |
