Hey guys, not sure if you got to see it yet, but the last ep was last night.
All I can say is WOW..... what a finale to the season and series.
The best part is the last few minutes of the ep....we get to see a lot of cool stuff and some hints towards the future.
If only they had done more of this in earlier eps.....the show might have seen a 2nd season.
This ep had some very cool twists and surprises.
I won't say much more....don't want to spoil things for anyone that has not seen it yet

"I just want to say Caprica, from start to finish, is one of the finest TV shows I've seen in a long while. Thought provoking, emotional, a little too violent, but otherwise incredibly intelligent.
What happened to Season II? Did the powers-that-be actually cut this show?

" seems Caprica was going too slow for SyFy so they cut the eps down and then cancelled the series. ( i found the series smart, and engrossing) We do have "Blood and Chrome" to look forward to, if they finally decide to show it. there has been rumors of it just being a web series, instead of a TV series.

It looks like there were only 3 or 4 years between the creation of the Cylons and their rebellion against humanity. Do you think Caprica will (or should) stick to the story of their initial development, or will the show eventually cover the Cylon War itself (which presumably is what prompts the Colonies to start building battlestars...)?

"Right, Moe, we here in the US, esp the East Coast, need something like SPACE Channel like you have in Canada; something with more of a definitive Science Fiction theme, not wrestling and silly ghosthunters, like SyFy does." lol....when ever i hear Ghosthunters...I think of the Episode in Supernatural with Ghostfacers !! very funny and a total rip off of the Ghosthunters. SPACE is all about scifi and fantasy...it's what I love about it. They were 100% behind Caprica and even had a show after the eps were shown, that delved into the ep and characters...it was really interesting. If you go to their site, you might be able to view some of the discussions.

This is a great presentation and a really good illustration, though not in chonological order, of the Cylon Wars. But what a lot of us also need is a presentation of how the Cylon rebellion began, along with the emergence of Capt. Bill Adama. Good work. - rc

So any thoughts on Blood and Chrome??
I'm hoping we get to maybe see an older Lacy or maybe Zoe shows up to help start the Cylon rebellion.
Chances are the new show will go along the lines of the movie Razor....with a lot of action !!

You might also want to contact the Canadian channel that showed Caprica too.
They went ahead an showed the full season, even after SyFy canceled.

Save Caprica! I have an idea. I am currently boycotting ALL merchandise advertised on NBC and CBS until Caprica is back. Any product I see on NBC or CBS is on my ”DO NOT BUY! list”. If the execs care only for money, how would they feel if no one advertises on their network because of a boycott. Pass this along and give it a good think over. (><)

(><) " Saw Rudolph last night on CBS and took a product off my purchase list. Saw it on a commercial. Looks like a gift card is in order. Sorry fellas, guess which product it was.

It might be 2 late now, but a return of "Caprica" on some other venue or network would be inviting. In addition, some more Graystone and Adama scenes, with some more Zoe and Tamara scenes (preceding the Cylon wars) would be nice. But it might be too late for this, since SyFy dropped the series like a hot potato. Oh well.

SPACE channel up here in Canada, is like the sister channel.
Caprica has been heavily promoted up here and they have continued to show the last eps of S1.
Since SPACE is owned by a larger network that does TV shows....there might be a small chance of a Caprica mini series or direct to DVD...to wrap things up.
The series is filmed up here....and the fan responce has been great here too.
Time will tell if they do decide to wrap things up.
It's a shame...the last few eps have been the best !!

Did any one notice that the show seems to be ramping up in action?
Clarice is out to clean up Barabus's mess. ( did he really die in the explosion or get away?)
Greystone is threatening, begging, and killing to get back his company.
the rogue cop wants Mrs G to spy on Clarice...will she? or will she keep the info to herself?
I'm hoping this will be a trend towards faster paced episodes and more action

More than will ever voice their opinion. Not me! I love the whole concept of Caprica. You took away all my favorites and left mostly crap. And who ever said wrestling was si-fi. I for one hope it gets a season 2 but I am not cofident it will.
they already hadd all these shows made before they got any fan feedback from first part of S-1.
and for some reason ratings were not quite good enough.
It looks like these 1.5 shows will be better and I am glad it get a new night and sgu for lead in so maybe that helps ratings.
I think they need a 1.0 or better in the demo and at least 1.5 mil total viewers.
all we can do is hope neilsen viewers watch the show, if not we wont get a S-2.
