So far Bill Adama is the only credited crossover character between BSG and Caprica -- I had always assumed that his anti-Cylon sentiments stemmed from his tour of duty in the Cylon War, but it seems now that they may reach much farther back, into his childhood. Is this a good thing? Does it seem strange to place Adama so close to the story of the creation of the Cylons?

I think the whole series deals with Destiny much like Lost. In the Case of BSG and Caprica it is the Destiny of Bill Adama.
